EARLY LITERACY STATION The children's room has acquired a new educational computer for young children to use while being supervised by an adult. The computer contains over 30 educational games to be enjoyed by children ages 3 to 10. Children under age 8 must have an adult with them. Earbuds or a headset are required for use. The library sells earbuds for $4 each, or users may bring their own. Patrons may sign up for 30 minute sessions at the Children's Room Librarian's desk. Use is first-come, first-serve and time on the computer may not be reserved in advanced. Wireless access to the Internet (WiFi) is now available at our library. The wireless signal is available in the adult area, the children’s room and the large meeting room on the lower level.
